All phones are completely dead
Unable to make or receive external calls, internal calls are fine.
Crackling on Calls
My phone rings but I cannot answer it

If you have an OptiSet Memory phone (large display & qwerty keyboard)

If you are unable to enter administration at this point call Lloyds Service Department.

Repeat as required & then keep pressing 8th Feature key (right hand side of handset) until administration mode is left
If you have Administration Software installed on a PC
- Take a download
- Select the icon which looks like a handset
- Find the extension number you wish to change
- Make required adjustment
- Click on OK
- Send data back to system
