My phone rings but I cannot answer it

If you have an OptiSet Memory phone (large display & qwerty keyboard)

Repeat as required & then keep pressing 8th Feature key (right hand side of handset) until administration mode is left
If you have Administration Software installed on a pC
- Take a download
- Select the icon which looks like cogs
- Select Speedial System
- Find the entry you wish to change / add
- Make required adjustment
- Click on OK
- Send data back to system
