If you have an OptiSet or Optipoint Display Handset
To park
- press Service key
- Dial *56
- Enter park position (0-9)
- If the position you chose is already occupied you will hear a beep – so select a different number
To Retrieve
- End any existing call
- Dial #56 followed by park position (0-9)
If you have an OptiSet or Optipoint Non Display Handset
To park
- press Consultation / transfer key
- Dial *56
- Enter park position (0-9)
- If the position you chose is already occupied you will hear a beep – so select a different number
