Lloyds have a number of ways that can reduce the traffic jams at Reception and help your school give a better service. The solutions are geared towards freeing up reception time to handle the important incoming calls, faster and more effectively.
With the new voicemail to email technology ALL teachers can have visibility of their voicemails on the computers via an email, eradicating lost messages and un-returned calls (and frustrated parents!). All messages can be stored and archived for easy management. For example, "Staff Absenteeism" can now be via a call direct to a Mailbox, saving the time of the operator during a very busy period.
We can either queue the calls or use an Automated Attendant to handle and direct the call to the appropriate destination.
Lloyds can set up bespoke information boxes providing information such as "The pupils will be returning from the field trip at 3.45pm" for example - again saving you time!
Integrated Phonebook / Directory with all pupil names/numbers. If a call is missed simply click to view the call details and call-back by the touch of a button.
You can easily now push a button on the telephone to "Record" the call and forward on the call on, giving peace of mind to the school and its staff.
